- Posture: neutral spine, left elbow under fingerboard at first position, instrument tilt ~15°.
- Bow path: keep hair parallel to the bridge within a 1 cm corridor; use open D as baseline drill.
- Intonation: check A and D strings against a reference every session, then fifths across strings.
- Tempo: progress only when a pattern is clean at 60 BPM for 30 seconds without tension.
